SHIPPING:

• Delivery range: Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, (remote areas are not supported yet).

• Shipping standard: Free shipping for orders over 5,000 dirhams in the main urban area, 200 dirhams for less than the amount; 50 dirhams/floor for suburban areas/floors without elevators.

• Delivery time: Non-customized products are shipped within 3-5 days, customized products require 15-30 days; logistics personnel will make an appointment for delivery in advance.

• Installation service: Free installation is available for large items such as sofas and tents (except remote areas).

• Inspection instructions: Please check the outer packaging before signing for it. If you find damage or quality problems, please take photos on the spot and contact customer service within 48 hours.

RETURNS:

Return period: You can apply for return within 7 days after signing for the product (except for installed products, customized products, and special products).

Return requirements: The product must be unassembled, in its original packaging, without signs of use or damage.

Metal frames (such as aluminum Frames)

• Daily cleaning:
◦ Wipe dust with a damp cloth every week, and remove stubborn stains with a neutral detergent + soft brush.
◦ Immediately absorb moisture with a dry cloth after wiping to prevent water stains from remaining.
• Anti-rust maintenance:
◦ Check screws and joints every quarter, and sand and apply anti-rust paint if rust is found.
• Notes:
❌ Avoid contact with salt water (users at the seaside need more frequent maintenance).
❌ Do not use acidic cleaners (such as toilet cleaners) to avoid surface corrosion.

• Cleaning tips:
◦ Use soapy water + soft brush to clean the gaps between rattan strips, rinse with clean water and dry in a cool place.
◦ For stubborn stains, use baking soda paste and let it sit for 10 minutes before scrubbing.
• Anti-fading and deformation:
◦ Use parasols in summer to avoid long-term exposure to the sun and cause brittleness.
◦ Turn over the seat cushion every 2 months to disperse the pressure and avoid dents.
